Please complete the form to submit a warranty service request. To help us provide faster service, include as much detail as possible along with photos or videos of the issue.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying workmanship and manufacturer defects only. If our technician determines the issue is not covered under warranty, a diagnostic/service fee may apply.

Examples of non-warranty items include:
• Water chemistry imbalance
• Dirty filters or lack of maintenance
• Low water level
• Tripped breakers or electrical supply issues
• Wi-Fi/internet connectivity issues
• Freeze/weather damage
• Damage caused by third parties or misuse
