About Christopher Ashley Pools
Christopher Ashley Pools began in 2019 after Brandon Salinas heard the same concern from trusted Hill Country homebuilders: reliable pool builders who understood both structural quality and customer communication were hard to find.
Drawing on his experience in concrete, foundations, and construction management, Brandon built a better process around careful planning, clear oversight, and proven specialty partners. Homeowners get efficient execution, strong accountability, and a custom pool built for the long term.

Sales and Operations Manager
Keagan Aleman
As a third-generation pool builder, Keagan has been around pool construction for as long as he can remember. He grew up learning the trade from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience in excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, equipment installation, and construction before moving into design, estimating, sales, and project management.
His experience also includes commercial pool maintenance, giving him a unique perspective on building pools that not only look incredible on day one but continue to perform for years to come. At Christopher Ashley Pools, Keagan works closely with every client to transform ideas into thoughtfully designed backyards while ensuring each project is practical, functional, and built with quality in mind. When he’s away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters or chasing bass on Texas lakes.
Michael Burnham
Project Manager
Michael has spent most of his career working with concrete and shotcrete. He began by traveling the country creating realistic habitats, rock formations, and waterfalls for zoos, casinos, and other large-scale projects. He later managed geotechnical and structural shotcrete work.
Michael brought that experience into the pool industry, working in gunite, construction supervision, and project management before joining Christopher Ashley Pools. His combination of structural knowledge, artistic experience, and hands-on pool construction helps homeowners create backyards that are not only beautiful, but built correctly and designed to last. Outside of work, Michael enjoys competing in disc golf tournaments.
Brandon Salinas
Co-Owner
Brandon began his construction career working in storm-damaged communities across the country. In 2009, he and his wife, Monica, founded Ranger Concrete Contractors, growing it from a residential startup into a full-service commercial operation. After repeatedly hearing from homebuilders who struggled to find dependable, quality-focused pool builders, Brandon and Monica founded Christopher Ashley Pools in 2019. His experience in concrete, foundations, and construction management keeps every project grounded in sound planning, structural quality, and dependable execution.
Monica Salinas
Co-Owner
Monica co-founded Ranger Concrete Contractors with Brandon in 2009, shortly after the couple married and while they were preparing to welcome their first child. From the beginning, she played a central role in transforming the company from a home-based startup into a respected, family-operated concrete contractor.
At Christopher Ashley Pools, Monica brings that same care, organization, and commitment to making every client feel supported throughout the process.
